This Grade II listed property located close to the House of Parliament was undergoing a major refurbishment.
The client expressed a desire to retain the existing under-floor heating system.
There were no existing drawings and no information available to demonstrate that the system was operational or able to provide sufficient spatial comfort.

With this crucial information Norwood’s were able to advise the client of the system performance and capacities. As a result of the above, the client was saved considerable disruption and cost as the System was retained rather than being either completely removed or partially altered.
