Services Provided: – Full M&E Design, Onsite Supervision , Witnessing of Testing & Commissioning and the review of Record Drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals

The project was for the conversion of a 3 block of residential property into 36 High quality managed residential apartments.

The project comprised of the complete refurbishment of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Installations. The utilities to each apartment are now centrally served from the basement level below pavement vaults, with individually metered gas, water and electricity supplies to each apartment.  The  project included the provision of a new electricity substation to serve the  development.

Each apartment was provided with its own lighting controls, security system,, conventional  L.P.H.W Gas fired heating – Radiators & Underfloor.

Fire Alarms for the property were centralised with an analogue addressable system provided in each block, configured for staged evacuation. Centralised terrestrial TV/FM aerial system, along  with centralised  cable  and satellite television infrastructure allowing each apartment to individually subscribe to their preferred subscription services.
