The project for the conversion of a block of 3 residential property into 36 high quality managed residential apartments.
The project comprised of the complete refurbishment of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Installations.
Each apartment now has individual gas, water and electricity metered supplies centrally served from basement level below pavement vaults. This required a new electricity substation to serve the development to be installed.
Each apartment has been provided with its own lighting controls, security system,, conventional low pressure hot water Gas fired heating – Radiators & Underfloor.
A centralised analogue addressable fire alarm system provided in each block and configured to allow for staged evacuation.
Centralised terrestrial TV/FM aerial system, along with centralised cable and satellite television infrastructure allowing each apartment to individually subscribe to their preferred subscription services.
