Fundamental to the establishment of a maintenance regime is the establishment of an asset register.

NorWood Consultants Limited can prepare the asset register and input this into their own in-house computer assisted facilities maintenance software package.

Once entered, a bespoke maintenance regime can be produced; this can be tailored to suit the client’s own budgetary and statutory requirements.
